We understand that sometimes you may need to return an item to us for an exchange or refund, and we’ll do everything we can to make this as painless as possible for you.

This will help us process your request more efficiently. For wrong product supplied or purchased it must be returned within 30 days
For items returned within 30days this must be followed :
That the parts are clean and unused, and must be in their original packaging (which also needs to be clean and undamaged)
Additionally, the items must be securely packed within a corrugated shipping box, with packing paper (or newspaper) to help ensure everything is protected and cannot move around during transit
Every reasonable effort must be made to reduce the chances of the parts being damaged on their journey back to us
Please include your name within the box for quicker processing
Warranty is for item only we do not reimbursed any installation or other related cost and must be returned with 10 days of report a issue
