1.All post above $30 come with tracking number, and need signature on delivery, please make sure item is not short or damaged, otherwise reject delivery and do not sign for it We don't take responsibility after you received items and found item is short or damaged.

2.If you let other people receive or sign delivery instead of you , we don't take responsibility to any problem from that. 

3.If you need change delivery address, please inform us before payment .

 

4. Same day dispatch must be paid before 12.30pm .if  item is urgent we can dispatch till 5pm but with little extra cost.

 

5.tracking number will be attached to order and if you need statue then track it online 

 

6 All listing with free express delivery is only by fastway courier . fastway courier dont deliver to  P O box , rural and county area .. if fastways is not going then we will use normal australia post shipping
